Where we ship
Alberta Cricket Store ships orders across Canada and to the United States. If your destination is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will let you know what we can arrange.
Shipping rates
Alberta: shipping is $15.00 CAD for orders under $50.00, and free for orders of $50.00 or more. British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec and the Northwest Territories: shipping is $15.00 CAD for orders under $200.00, and free for orders of $200.00 or more. New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland and Labrador: shipping is $30.00 CAD on all orders, and free shipping is not available to these provinces. Yukon and Nunavut: shipping is $30.00 CAD on all orders. United States: shipping is $48.00 CAD for orders under $410.00 CAD, and free for orders of $410.00 CAD or more (approximately US$300). Kit bags: an additional shipping charge applies to kit bags — $10.00 CAD where the kit bags in the order total under $100.00, and $20.00 CAD where they total $100.00 or more. English willow bats: a shipping charge of $15.00 CAD applies to any order containing an English willow bat, and English willow bats do not qualify for free shipping. The rate that applies to your order is always shown before you complete your purchase.
Additional shipping charges
Shipping rates are estimates. If the actual shipping cost for your order is significantly higher than the amount charged at checkout — for example for remote areas — we may contact you to request the additional shipping amount. If the additional amount is not agreed, we may cancel your order and refund your payment in full.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier as quickly as possible. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier, and any delivery date shown is an estimate only — it is not a guaranteed delivery date. Delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs are outside our control, but if your order is delayed or missing, contact us and we will investigate and provide the remedy required by your purchase terms and applicable law.
Tracking
When your order ships, we will email you the carrier tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Local pickup
Local pickup is available at our Edmonton store: Alberta Cricket Store, 8705 53 Ave NW, Edmonton, Alberta T6E 5E9, Canada. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before coming to collect it.
Duties and taxes on international orders
For orders delivered to the United States, any import duties, taxes or brokerage charges that are not collected by us at checkout are the responsibility of the customer in their own jurisdiction. Any such charges that apply to your order will be disclosed in the shipping information available before purchase where we are aware of them.

Izaafi shipping charges
